The Stables Bar

The adjoining Stables Bar has been used for many good after dinner music sessions by candle light.

Rob Roy came of age in the barn in October 1689 just three months after he had fought on the Jacobite side at the Battle of Killiecrankie.  The weapons and banners of the clans are hanging from the walls of this barn –if only the walls could talk!

Dining in Style

The barn can dine parties of up to 54.  It has a minstrels’ gallery for the band  for after dinner ceilidh dancing and the adjoining Stables Bar has been used for many good after dinner sessions.
